my DS is a junior so its all right around the corner for him. Interested in anyone from NJ-12 and how its gone for you.

Let me requalify it. Either your applying and waiting or already in. How was your experience with NJ-12 in general

NJ-12 is crazy competitive. When you go to the interview, bring a copy of whatever you already mailed in as sometimes paperwork gets lost. Practice interviewing skills. A firm handshake and good posture are important. Dress professionally.

My son received a nomination from Lance, who was a pleasure to work with. His office staff was well organized and prepared for the interviewees. We had not met him before this process (so no, he didn't nominate my son because we knew him or donated money to his campaign).

Thx and yes NJ12 is always competitive from Schools to sports to property taxes and on and on and on

Lance is NJ-7, but 6 of one and half a dozen of another. They are both highly competitive districts.
