Anyone have any info regarding a urinalysis remedial?

Checked my status today and i need to go in for another urinalysis? any idea what this could be? I just had extensive blood tests when i was sick about a month ago and everything was fine.

A few years back i had a urinalysis and i had extra protein in my blood but my doc said its not a problem and very common in active kids and i would just hate to get DQ'd because of this.

Im kinda just nervous because Im not sure why I need to go in again for another.
 
If the problem in your urine was protein, then that can be caused by strenuous activity before the test. Stop exercising, practicing, etc for 48 hrs. before the urinalysis (basically just take it easy--not even a long walk), drink a lot of water and retake the test. That should help.
 
Concur with the recommendation. Worrying will not do anything for you repeat urinalysis results. Accomplish the task as soon as possible, following the guidance provided above:thumb:
