Hi all- wanted to come on here to see if I could get some advice. I’m looking for a lifting program that fits my needs of increasing in weight/size and gaining a lot of strength while using athletic movements that would help me prepare for college football. I was considering one of athleanx’s programs or another hypertrophy type program. My current program seems too long- taking me 2 hours on average to finish. Anyone have a solid workout program that they would recommend?
