Anyone know when LOAs will start coming?

I have my nomination interviews in the middle of november. If I am going to receive a LOA, will I get it before then?
 
LOAs are extremely rare and have no relationship whatsoever with the nomination interviews or anything else revolving around the nomination.
 
I know a girl from Alaska got a call from an admissions officer today about an LOA.
 
I suspect things were slowed a bit by the shutdown, but "back in the day" I got mine October 11th. Basically they go out as soon as the board starts meeting, which was the first week in October in 2008
 
My daughter got hers today. Our congressman office called her, had her come into the office and gave her the letter from admissions. Talk about excitement. OFF THE SCALE.
