How many of you who made it in submitted AP scores? I know the AP scores aren't "required", but how many applicants submitted them. Will my application look less than top-notch compared to other applicants if they aren't on my transcript? I'm curious because I just received my AP scores, and they aren't as high as I had hoped. I'm thinking about just submitting my SAT/ACT scores. -officer

My daughter didn't send hers...they were so-so.

Academically it doesn't matter since you can't use the AP credit at the Academy (although you CAN essentially test out of courses).

From an admissions point of view, my opinion is include it if it helps, don't include them if they don't.

You may have one or more grades withheld from the report sent to the college you indicated on your answer sheet. To have a grade withheld from the indicated college, AP Services must receive your written, signed request by mail or fax by June 15 accompanied by a $10 fee per grade, per college. If your request is not received by June 15, the grade is automatically sent to the college indicated on your answer sheet.

AP and test scores are part of the high school transcript so it wasn't a decision to be made.
