I am a 3 year scholarship winner, and I am training this summer to get my numbers to APFT standards. I am a girl and can do 25 push ups and 55-60 sit ups. My issue, is my running time. Currently, I am running every day and can cover about 2.5-2.7 miles in 30 minutes. What advice do you have to help me lower my two mile time? I don't need to truly pass the test until December of 2016, but I am looking to make time/close to time (18:54) when I start in August. Any tips are much appreciated!
