Does this mean the same as "Complete" as in, when other posters have said, "my portal says 'complete'"? I am so concerned that with USMMA admissions being short in the office that steps may be missed.

It is concerning. There's an answering machine on for sometime now in admissions and no reply on emails. Hmm.
 
If it helps any, I know they are "out and about". My son is at a prep school and there were three representatives at his campus this week. He didn't think to ask the question I posted. Maybe this is a travel week for admissions staff to scope candidates leading to no one answering the phones or emails?
 
Thank you Momo for your repy. It's been like that for sometime now with no one answering. Based on what I'm seeing in these forums, no one is hearing much right now. Hopefully, soon!
