DS had eczema DQ, and waiver denied. School NROTC staff asked for additional documents for appeal. Wondering what should be in the package? Just got doctor’s letter in supporting of MILD & controlled condition? Anything else? Will staff/CO recommend letter and self petition letter also help? Any advice are welcome.

It’s a long shot but I would have a dermatologist describe the distribution of eczema. The waiver reviewer will want to know how much of the body has or had had eczematous lesions.

Maybe provide a list of medications ever used by your DS to demonstrate how mild this eczema really is.

If you want to do a full court press, then get an allergist/immunologist to document no asthma or hay fever.
