Application deadline and PMS interview

The submission deadline is for the student applicant--if there were no deadlines, it would never be finished. There is a slightly later deadline for the PMS to submit the interview. Submit what you can and continue to work for the second board. Do your interview as soon as you are able. This isn't the final board. Just do your best now and don't give up the fight when you are only getting started.
