Application link- My daughter has had a terrible time trying to access her usafa application on the portal.

The application loads and loads and never opens. She spoke to someone in admissions yesterday and they transferred her to someone that told her she needed to email IT. She used the address they gave her and it bounced back. She does not have anytime during school to contact them so asking if any one else has had this issue. She has emailed admissions several times and there is no reply. They seem to be responsive on the phone but she does not have availability when they are open. The IT email she has is admissionscrmadmin@afacademy.afedu.

Those usafa emails always end in @afacademy.af.edu

Looks like you’re missing the period after af so maybe try the email again. If it’s not loading it could also be a wifi error, so try different wifi networks, or use cellular service.
