Ok so I have all of the recommendations and transcript ready to go, I'm taking the PFE tomorrow afternoon. I was wondering, does everything have to be postmarked by the first for early action or does it have to in the hands of someone at the academy?

Thanks

Send it Express Mail on Tuesday for overnight delivery (Wed) to cover both possibilities. :thumb:

Seriously, as there is conflicting information posted on the website and the application, please call the Admissions Office tomorrow at (860) 444-8500 for a definitive answer.

Good luck on the PFE - shoot for a score over 200!

thanks, I've got second period off tomorrow so I can call during that. As for the PFE, judging off of my practicing It will hopefully come in right around 190ish. I might end up

I've never done the cadence push up as the test says to do them. Ohh well, I guess see how it goes with the early action and then just keep updating my profile. I've been doing a really tough workout program since school started so I guess just keep up with this and see where everything falls.

PFE

Hello,

I am taking my PFE on Wednesday....I am not sure of the best way to get it there for early action. Everything else has been done including my interview. Can the coach email or fax the results the results to admissions? There does not seem to be a way to electronically submit on the website

I sent my CFA from NASS but want to send the PFE as well.

Thanks!!

Respectfully,

Julia

ok so we had to switch my pfe to today because the athletic trainer at my school got really busy with some injuries. And of course last night it snowed 10 inches, gotta love the Adirondacks.

at least I have my run times from this fall so if stuff doesnt melt off, or look like its going to melt off I might just have to do the run inside or something like that.

I think you're supposed to do all the events within a day of each other...L59 please confirm for a newbee.

It must be administered in the following sequence with a maximum rest period of five minutes in between the events.

1. Cadence Push-Ups
2. Two-Minute Sit-Ups
3. 1.5 Mile Run

Scores must come from a single test session and cannot be pieced together from multiple sessions.

thanks, I guess Im going to redo the whole thing tomoro, I did the push ups and situps today but didnt do the running due to the 10inches with a nice layer of ice underneith.

ok so got everything all set in the mail today, pushin the dead line a little too close but I've just been super busy with dryland training and school and everything.

got a 201 on the PFE, I definetly know that I can do better on it, the run sucked in the cold and snow but ohh well. I'm not counting on getting in for the early action so I am going to keep working hard and retake it after christmas.

Same for me...I retook the PFE and passed...I got all of my materials to the post office today at about 4:00 so I'm good. But we're definitely pushing the deadline lol:shake:

I just submitted my essays about 2 hours ago, My english teacher who I was supposed to meet with for the past few nights kept on having stuff "come up". I ended up meeting with my teacher from last year and going over them

i guess all we can do now is wait, good luck!!
