My DD has her AROTC application complete except it still says Interview Pending. She had her interview with the local PMS on September 3rd. If he doesn't get this updated by Friday, 10/3 will her application not go before the first board? I would hate to have her miss the first board because the PMS failed to enter her interview. She has emailed him once and he said he would look into it. Haven't heard anything back yet. What should she do? Also, when does he have to have it in by?

It can sometimes take a while for the updates to show up on the status page. There are only a handful of people working on this and it is not uncommon to see a delay in updates. If the PMS says he uploaded the interview then CC most likely has it but have just not updated the site.

As reference, I interviewed in June and my interview wasn't officially recognized until a week ago or so, even though it had been uploaded much earlier. I'm not sure what caused the delay.

I was in the same boat as Caspirant. I interviewed in late August and it didnt show complete on the Dashboard until two weeks ago.

Our DS has this problem, too. He checked in with the ROO at his #1 school who said the main system shows the interview is completed, even though his portal doesn't. I would contact the ROO at your top school to confirm.

typically an applicant will stay in interwiewee status for the duration of the process even though the interview is complete and posted. Check with a trusted ROO, who can tell you if you are board ready or not. Once you are told you are board ready you have no further worries. Your file is complete!
