Application to USCGA

Hi,
I am currently going through the application process for USCGA. I have everything completed besides two of my teachers who have yet to submit my letter of recommendation. I am applying early decision and would like to submit my application as soon as possible especially since I got invited to the Elite Recruit Overnight. Can I proceed to submission despite the fact that my teachers have yet to add their recommendations, will they still be able to add them if I do chose to submit it?

they are separate from your application

your bear’s den should show check off items and green or red depending on each status
your CFA would be a separate check box as well as if you interviewed
