Appointment Certificate Presentation Request

Usually it is an officer from the area. I don't quite understand the second part...your best bet is to call/email the Academy.
Also if we already have someone in mind, why does the presentation request form have a place for our presenter’s info on it?

The request form just has a place to fill in contact info of presenter, if you had opted to select your own. No big deal, I was just wondering.
They probably want that information so they can offer a proper statement for the presentation of the appointment, especially if it isn't CG personnel or an Academy Admissions Partner who would already know what to say for the presentation. And by the way, congratulations!
