Just to make sure, the Falcon Schlarship can not be applied to, just like the Prep School, right? If offered a Falcon Scholarship, is that to a different prep school other than the USAFA prep school?

No, that wont have any bearing on getting an appointment to another academy. The academies don't even know which candidates have multiple appointments, unless you tell them. My son's RC at West Point specifically asked him if he had appointments to the other academies. At the time he had already received his USAFA appointment, and was still waiting to hear from USNA. The guy spent a while selling USMA to my son, and eventually my son said, its all good, I'm going to West Point. We wondered the same thing though; thinking, "hope Academy A doesn't decide not to offer if they know I have appointment to Academy B already". But they don't know, and they would still offer anyway. Then you might have the new problem; choosing between multiple incredible options, any of which you would do back flips for.

Just to clarify: APPOINTMENTS come from the Academy, NOMINATIONS come from MOCs. It is important to keep the lingo straight.

Is it safe to assume that all the candidates who won their senatorial/congressional slates have received an offer of appointment already?

DNS issue. Could be an upstream server outside of the USAFA domain.

Well duh, I know that lol. But all appointments are charged to a nomination source. Only one appointment from MO has been posted here and it was a senatorial nom.
