Serve in Infantry units or hold an Infantry MOS? Or both? Or serve in a Combined Arms Battalion that is flagged as Infantry, but only half the companies in said battalion are actual infantry companies? Or serve in an Infantry BCT but are part of the support battalion?

Unless you specify, that can be a broad question. Every infantry unit has support personnel including clerks, supply, medics, mechanics, etc.
