April first and still CPR!

The Island is a good place to be! Here's hoping for the best for all of you!

Happy April Fool's Day...Still here, still CPR, still hope of a rescue by appt. or prep school...SOON!!!:spacecraft: Been reading so many threads from candidates and/or their parents about receiving TWEs. We need to keep the faith and be thankful for our island. At this point, we're still in it to win it!!!

Still CPR, since they are sending out wait list emails does that mean those of us that are CPR are out of luck?

Thanks for the support @Padre101 . Notre Dame+NROTC is an amazing option that I am really excited for but I really just wanted to know a yes/no from USNA at this point, not maybe.

@AZBOY the waitlist means you have to wait until after the May 1 deadline to tell colleges and then they will get back around to hopefully mid May after having looked at those on the waitlist. I know USNA usually has a small waitlist, but chances are low that you get an appointment off the waitlist I'd assume.

I don't know if we can draw that conclusion yet. Seems logical though.

Does the fact that people are getting waitlisted mean that all the appointments have already been given out? I hadn't heard of that before but that's what most people here seem to be saying.

I think appointees have until May 1st to accept, and if there are spots left, they will be taken off the waitlist I presume.

For those of us still CPR would it be too early to fill out the class of 2021 preliminary application?
