If you're asking about the AC who is the coordinator of BGOs, the answer is none. He/she literally does what the job sounds like -- organizes BGOs in his/her geographic area. The AC assigns BGOs to schools, makes sure people cover college fairs, nags BGOs when they are late getting interviews done, reassigns candidates to other BGOs for various reasons, etc.
The AC typically does not conduct interviews and, at least in the more than 10 years I've been doing this, never "interferes" with a BGO and candidate unless requested to intervene by candidate or BGO and only then usually to reassign the candidate. And that's VERY rare.
