Army-Navy 2019 Game Coverage

Sadly, no carrying of .45's or other bear influencers as just having on your person is a crime (seriously) unless you are actively hunting with a license in season, etc.
One of the reasons I moved to the other side of the Delaware!

Well Crap!
After watching march-ons for three years squinting at the TV for a look at my kid on national TV, this year a dispute between my cable company and the CBS network left us with no access (that we could find) to walk-on coverage.

Bingo; halfway through the marginal streamed coverage of the game we were watching, we get a TMessage from DD’s sponsor parents of an image of DD front left of her company during TV coverage of the walk-on. Anybody know where I can find YouTube or other video of the 2019 walk on??

Or Company Officers, Company Senior Enlisted, Battalion Officers, watching carefully with fingers crossed their company or battalion and hoping theirs was not the worst, or the ones who messed up where to stop or the ones shown on national TV chewing gum..

The mids who rode the buses have been up since oh-dark-thirty, probably slept on the bus, and will be on their feet today until long after game end. Upperclass often take a weekend and go by car themselves, sharing hotel rooms and blowing off steam.

I’m glad the weather is not too extreme today up there. That can be one miserably cold and damp place for a long day outside.
DS was up at 0330 for 0400 breakfast in King Hall, and then departed on the early buses for the GameDay show. He mentioned being sore from standing all day. Fortunately the new all-weather coats worked well in the rain. I laughed at your comment last week about the drying of the old wool coats after a rain game. The aroma in Bancroft must have been truly overwhelming! This year it's just the sweet smell of victory!!

I did see a MIDN chewing gum, and I winced. I thought to myself; "Well, things have certainly changed since I was in".

That was a great game to watch.
Here's what I did to give them a positive mojo;
1. Got up and put up the USNA flag on my flag pole.
2. Made coffee, and drank some in my Fear The Goat coffee cup.
3. Put on my Not College T-shirt and USNA MIDN baseball cover (the blue ones they wear when sailing)
4. Went outside and cleaned the gutters and put up Chrismas lights.
5. Came inside and got out the USNA glasses and poured Bloody Marys for myself and Mrs. THParent.
6. Watched game, with drinks set on USNA coasters.

I'm making a record of this, because next year, I MUST do the same thing to keep the mojo going.

I thought I saw a mid holding up a beer can in the stands. It was probably sprite or something. Reminded me of Genny Cream Ale can.

In that order and same pace.....
