I had someone ask me today if I could get him a ticket to the Army-Navy football game next year when I'm a plebe at the Naval Academy. So, would I be able to get additional tickets as a plebe? I know it might sound premature to be thinking that far in advance, but I am really excited about going to the academy. Thanks.

This year's ticket schedule is not out yet. Last year, midshipmen ticket sales commenced March 21. They will all be gone by the time you are eligible to buy. However, there will probably be someone in Bancroft Hall with a ticket to sell. New Plebe parents A/N tickets go on sale June 15 and close June 30 so during I-Day they can go over to Ricketts Hall and purchase two tickets. Maybe they should call in advance (1-800-US4-NAVY) to see what type "proof of parenthood", if any, is required. Perhaps tear-streaked cheeks will suffice.

Thanks for the reply. I have one more question. If my parents do not want to go to the game, could they give their tickets to my friend or whoever else is interested? By the way, if you couldn't tell, I am not familiar with how this all works. I don't know what the rules are regarding the game: whether anyone with a ticket can get in, whether the ticket holder must be a family member of a midshipman, or what not. Thanks.

Yep, they can do whatever they want to do with the tickets. Scalping regulations and laws apply however.
