ARMY Rotc DIsenrolled does DD 785 affect national guard OCS?

DS has a bachelor's and getting involuntarily dis enrolled due to not getting advance camp credit. She found out she might be getting a DD 785 does that affect getting into the national guard OCS?
 
It depends on what the recommendation is in Section IV of the form. If she has a 1 or 2 code then it is likely not an obstacle. If it is a 4 then she can enroll if the deficiencies causing the disenrollment are corrected. If she has a 3 or 5 then it will work against her.

If she has to pay back scholarship money will that affect enlistment/commissioning into other branches?
