Hey everyone, I've applied to an out-of-state college and am considering doing Army ROTC while getting my 2-year master's degree.
The Army recruiter said that they could send me to basic camp this summer and I could get a 2-year scholarship that would cover my out-of-state tuition for the first year and the in-state tuition for the second year.
Is he correct in the fact that I can get (or at least compete for) the scholarship and know ahead of time whether or not it will cover my tuition, starting this fall (August 2018)?
I read somewhere on this forum that the deadline for scholarship applications was April 15, but he has made no mention of this. I'm just trying to make sure I have all the facts.
Thank you in advance.
