Army ROTC portal down

Hi guys, I’ve almost finished my Army ROTC Application. The only thing left to do is the interview responses need to be uploaded by my PMS. However, neither of us can get in the portal. We’ve waited all week and the website still says it’s temporarily down for maintenance. Is anyone else having the same problem?
 
It has been down for days. Army knows, it is an IT issue. Patiently waiting, our DS is trying to complete his app as well.
 
DS got an update email this morning from one of his school recruiters. . .looks like the first board isn't happening until December 9th (deadline is December 2nd) for documents. No updated info on when the portal would be working, but no rush to get things done in October.
