Hello all! So i am about 2 months in to my freshman year of college and am really enjoying ROTC, but at my current school that is about it. I made a previous post about if I could transfer to a SMC and there was so good advice on their, but i forgot how to find it. But I just want to know if someone could give me the details of how I would request a transfer for my scholarship, it is a 3 year AD. I dont think I am going to try to transfer for the spring so it wouldn't be until the fall of 2013. I am currently in the 4th Brigade so my impression is that it is easier to transfer within brigade? Is that the case or does it not really matter?Also would it boost my chances of getting approved if it is in the same state so the cost doesn't go up? Who do I need to notify in my chain of command and when should I do it since I don't plan on transferring until next year? If there are any links out there that explain the process that would be great. If anyone has any questions let me know and thanks for all the help so far guys!
