funny you should ask, i did the army swim camp in 2007 where i first met coach wender and lisa. it was an awesome experience and a lot of fun especially if you enjoy the academy. it's a great program for learning refining techniques on all strokes, it's not a training session persay and is not all that intense yard wise.
little did i know at the time i was there that i would be recruited to the army team 2 years later. the day coach wender called me to tell me i was officially accepted to west point he asked me to get ppl to go to the camp. while the camp in itself had nothing to do with me getting accepted it was a fun oppurtunity i'm glad to have had, if you can you should definitely try it!
