Ok, this isn't suppose to be a battle of the branches, but... I would prefer to go to the Citadel (already accepted) on the MO NROTC scholarhship. My plan B is the AROTC scholarship, which I have already been awarded. That said, I must accept/decline the AROTC scholarhsip by March 31st. I am not suppose to hear from the USMC until March 15 (keep in mind snail mail is...snail-like 
). If I accept the AROTC scholarship March 20th,21st, etc. , can I decline it if I also recieve the MO NROTC scholarship without any penalties?
