AROTC, 3rd board-Has anyone's dashboard changed to "not selected"?

Has anyone's dashboard changed to "not selected"? The general consensus seems to be that if your dashboard didn't change to "winner" and still says "boarded/UC" that means not selected. And yet, the selection status page does have an option for "not selected".

At some point you will be notified that you were not selected by either email, letter, status update or all three. If your status has not changed then you did not receive the scholarship from this board.
