AROTC 4 Year Scholarship school change

I posted this on a different thread but feel that it is a really specific question so I am asking here. So I have received two 3 year advanced designee scholarships and one 4 year scholarship. However, my number one school was given one of the three years. Although I am extremely grateful, is it possible for me to switch the 4 year to my number one choice? The website indicated that is possible per the guidelines spelled out in the letter, however, I am not sure what this refers to. Also, I am a spring admit to my number one choice of college, rather than a Fall Admit, would this mean that I would attend ROTC classes during the first semester, then enroll in the second? Thank you.
 
Talk to the ROO at the school you want to go to. Parents, fellow applicants, even me, can’t answer this question. Like 90% of questions on this forum require you to talk to the ROO.
 
Follow the instructions in your portal regarding transfer of scholarship. I would also contact the ROO at the school you want to attend and seek their guidance. There are plenty of posts in this forum regarding transferring scholarships. Take some time and do some research, most of your answers are here.
