AROTC Application Rolling and Opening Date?

Am I correct that the AROTC application is not rolling, in other words as long as you get it in before the first board deadline then your application will be reviewed in the first board? Also, the opening date is June 12?

Yes, the opening date is 6/12/17. There are three boards. As long as you complete the application prior to each boards cutoff date, then you will be boarded.
