The website still says expect results in mid-January. In past years, the results have usually come a bit earlier than the expected date. This date allows cadet command a buffer in case there are some irregularities and they have to delay the release. Then the results are still "on time". Very similar to airline arrival times, they build a little in for unforeseen delays. There is no way to know the exact date they will release.
