AROTC CIET PT?

To parents whose DS or DD have returned from CIET,

How many APFT's do we get? Because I'm afraid that my current PT score doesnt reflect my fitness at all because I got hurt in a car accident back in May 20th, and that hurt my hip and lower body a bit to the point where situps and running just weren't happening.

I really need a good final CIET evaluation for the purposes of a medical waiver, so after our first APFT at camp, do we have a final APFT, and do we have chances to workout/improve on our own time?

My son is there now, so I can't answer your question. I do know some folks whose cadets have already been, let me see if I can find out.

I would take a doctor note / medical records regarding the accident to document your injury just in case you only get one shot at it
