Wondering which components and max standards are being used for the AROTC scholarship applicants this year. We have read various versions of the AROTC fitness test and wondering which one is accurate understanding there is a difference between the ROTC scholarship applicant test and the PFA once in actual AROTC as well as a discussion of merging both or amending it recently.
Is this one correct:
1 min Push-ups with max for Males at 50
1 min Sit-ups with max for Males at 50
1 mile run with max for Males at 6:30
We have seen other versions that list a 1.5 mile and a 2-mile run.
