My son has the opportunity to schedule his AROTC interview after he tours a school of interest. We are flying in for the visit and trying to pack smart, Is business attire still suggested even if interview is scheduled after a walking tour in the heat on a hilly campus? He has planned on khakis, a polo and nice comfortable shoes and we are now wondering if a quick change of clothes should be packed. I know first impressions count.

DS has his interview via Skype or FaceTime tomorrow. He was told to make sure he dresses in business casual even though it’s a video interview.

In most warm humid environments, a fresh collared shirt and khakis (not shorts) are fine for an Army ROTC interview.
So a change of clothes would be helpful.
