Does anyone know how the AROTC medical waiver process happens, as opposed to the SAs?

Waivers are automatically requested for ROTC winners, whereas the SA have to decide to do so. Some ROTC waiver authorities are stricter, some more lenient, than SA WAs. Hope that helps.
 
If you are already enrolled in ROTC you talk about it to your CADRE, you fill out paperwork, then they handle it.
