AROTC October Boards

I read that the October Boards will be pushed back. Does anyone know (or can guess) when they will be and when will we hear? Will they keep the cutoff in place or allow more applicants to enter into that first pool?
 
Will this also mess up the time of the other two boards? You wouldn't think they could push back the March board any further though.....
 
I was told Nov. 4. I don't know what they will do about adding kids to the list or accepting documents as it wasn't mentioned.

According to clarkson, as of right now it has been cancelled/postponed.

They do not necessarily have to keep with the current scheduled board dates, they can add in another board, OR they can increase the amount of board members sitting on the other boards to make up the amount that they would have boarded for the Oct. board and not change the current schedule.
