AROTC offer...

Hey, I just got a letter in the mail from VMI congratulating me on the Army ROTC scholarship. It said I would receive official notification of my scholarship soon. I am confused because I still have not heard back about whether or not I have received the 2 waivers I need.

I'm assuming that the scholarship is pending me receiving the waivers?
And also, I guess the scholarship could either be full 4 year scholarship, or just a partial scholarship?

Well I hope your right. I still feel like I could get a notice saying that it is pending me receiving the waivers, but I will remain positive. And even if that is the case, I sure as hell hope I receive those waivers.

My son received congratulatory phone calls from colleges

WEEKS before he got the official paperwork from AROTC.

Well I just received the official letter and paperwork stating I have received a full AROTC scholarship which I am extremely happy about. But it says it is pending me being medically qualified... I'm assuming that means whether or not I receive the waivers. I hope to God I get them.
