AROTC Pay Problem

Yes, so I’m an MS1 and I received my first stipend last week and the pay stub for the book has been submitted into MYPAY but will not be going through until the 23rd. It all depends on when your HRA at your battalion submitted your information to CC

I think this varies by battalion.
My DS has had no problem with both his stipend and his scholarship payment to the University. The tuition was paid within two weeks of classes beginning, and he received his first stipend about a month into the semester.

It all depends on the HR person in the battalion. DS MSIV takes his scholarship for R&B. In the past, he hasn't received that money until Dec for Fall semester, but gets it faster for the spring, usually end of Feb beginning of March. His stipend and book money also depends on when he contracted. This will not go through until he passes his PFT and contracts. However, book money for the Spring semester usually comes in quickly. DS has gotten his book money, and his tuition is marked as paid, but they have to fill out all of this academic information on Army Ed (not sure if that is the right word for it), then the PMS's have to approve it, they have to submit a bill from the school, and then they have to check something on the site requesting payment to the school or something like that. Sure hope the stipends are retroactive to the first day of school!
