AROTC scholarship application

My son's application status has shown Boarded since October, but Academics lists Pending. What does he need to do or is this normal? He sent all required documents and verified that everything needed was sent through his guidance counselor again today. If he was missing documents previously, he wouldn't have been boarded, right?

Cadet Command has trouble reading the SAT/ACT scores sent through college board because they changed the system. I sent my ACT score through college board and they could not interpret it. I would suggest scanning the scores in and uploading them there. That could be the problem or there is something that the guidance counselor has to fill out about the student. It should be emailed to them from Cadet Command. I have never seen this email but my guidance counselor told me about how she had to put in some information. I do not believe pending is normal.
 
Have your son contact the ROO at a battalion he has been in contact with. The ROO should be able to see if your son is OK in the system. I don't believe his status will say "Boarded" if he has not been reviewed by the board. It would not be the first time the system has not been fully updated but to be safe I would make some inquires.

Email cadet command through his portal, and they will get back to you same day in my experience. They will let you know if they have everything they need on their end and can see if something is missing. An ROO can too, but CC seems like the easiest and quickest. My daughter even had a Captain from CC checking in with her regularly via email and when she wasn't sure her ACT scores were coming through correctly he emailed her right back confirming what was in her file.
 
Thank you, we have emailed Cadet Command through the portal and are hoping to hear back. We will also contact the ROO he has been in contact with. Appreciate the advice!
 
Found out from cadet command that he is all set to go and everything now looks good on the portal. His guidance counselor hadn't emailed confirmation, but that was taken care of -finally, whew!
 
I paid the 11 to send new SAT scores to CC thinking that is better than the screen shots but it was not updated and wanted to make sure the new high score for Math was fixed for the next board. DS did the in system message and they said that there are issues matching up reports they get with the applicants and he should screen shot it and upload. So did that and hopefully they will use it Monday when the next board starts.
