I know it's the time of year when there are a decent amount of these, but I just want a second (or third or fourth) opinion on how likely I am to get a scholarship.

SAT: 1260 (640 Writting/ grammar, 620 math)
Letters: Marching Band/Color Guard, Academic
Honor roll since freshman year
Did softball ( jv) freshman year
PFT: 8.01 mile, 17 Push ups, 33 sit ups
Girl scout silver award
Marching band initiative and leadership award
Church volunteer/kids leader
Have taken every health science class at my school
Former club president
Former club treasurer
Was told during my PMS interview " That's it, you're coming to [school name] and becoming an Army doctor. I'm adding that to the additional notes section right now" "You did great with everything I was looking for"
I know my physical side is weaker, but I'm just another senior who is worrying and probably over thinking this and needs to hear from people other than my overly-encouraging parents.
First of all congratulations to you for wanting to serve your country, and for making GS Silver.
Your chances may be affected by how much demand for AROTC cadets there are at the colleges you're applying to.
You are correct that you are over thinking this. No one knows here if you will get the scholarship or not, but you gotta apply!
PMS positive commentary is good, but remember they are also interested in getting you fired up to join their battalion.
Try to take the SAT again and boost the score. Hitting a 700 on either one would be a help.
The leadership roles (president and treasurer) are positives.
You will have to knock it out of the park (top grades and high MCAT) and get accepted to a medical school when graduating college in order to get an educational delay. So be prepared to be a regular line officer if you don't get into a medical school.
