I just got word that my scholarship was successfully transfered. It only took 3 days for them to approve it. Just thought I would let anyone who wants to transfer their scholarship know that it may not take a long time.

Congrats, sg1fan93!! Thanks for sharing!!

sg1fan93,

so glad to hear that your transfer was approved and you now can continue to enjoy your senior year secure in your future plans. Hope you will hang out a little with us old folks thru the end of the board season. It has always been great having other prospective cadets and scholarship winners to give us parents some much needed insight that perhaps our own DD/DS's cannot.
Either way, good luck and best wishes

Take care.

Thanks Patentesq!

And you too OhioParent! I plan on remaining on this forum as long as I can and helping anyone out who needs it.

sg1fan93,

Congratulations on the transfer, where will you be going now.

Thanks, and I'll be heading over to the Buffalo Battalion at University of Colorado at Boulder. They seem to receive a lot of support from the campus and the battalion is very large so I'll be able to get some good command experience as well

CU is a great school! My oldest DD is a JR there and LOVES it! She says that all the girls look forward to Thursdays b/c the ROTC guys all wear their uniforms! LOL!

Congrats on your transfer!
Does anyone know if Boulder is full for NROTC? Or had any luck transferring a NROTC scholarship to Boulder?
