AROTC school slots

Is it true that certain AROTC schools have a certain number of slots for admission to the school for scholarship recipients? For example, Harvard has 3 and I believe MIT has a set number of admission slots too.@AROTCPMS could you weigh in on this as you are the author of a book for this matter. Is this true?
