AROTC Stipend/Tuition Question

We have searched and read through some of the old threads looking for the answer to how the various payments are made. It appears that the monthly stipend and the book allowance are directly deposited into the cadet's private bank account, but the tuition payments are made directly to the school? Are we correct? Thanks

Correct.

Also remember that for tuition it usually doesn't show up in their university account day one, it can take up to October before it appears, however, the school knows that so don't fret.
