AROTC upgrade from 3 to 4 year

Did anyone get upgraded from a 3 year to a 4 year scholarship on the 3rd board? Curious to know if those upgrades happen at the same time as third board results are released or sometime later (e.g., as candidates turn in their 4 year scholarships to accept SA appointments). Also, any stats on number of upgrades given out?

Upgrades, if they happen occur now thru Aug as folks turn in scholarships and money becomes available.
No one on this forum will know the actual #s that are upgraded but it does happen. Your are much more likely not to have your 3AD upgraded.
