Article is primarily focused on Army ROTC , but all branches are moving into a new building next year courtesy of a $15MM donation from James Mulva, UT NROTC graduate and former CEO of Conoco Phillips. Thanks for the link to the article. Very interesting. It also planted some seeds in my own head about what I would like my own legacy to be with the limited resources I have. Good read.
