Awards ceremony--who sets this up?

Today school asked for a list of scholarships the students have been awarded to prepare for Senior Night, which is 3 weeks away.

DS awarded 3 yr AROTC.

So, do we need to contact someone about award presentation? BTW, at least one other student received ROTC scholarship. I'm unsure of branch. Unsure if there are others. I know at least one student is going to a Service Academy. Definitely, don't want anything planned for my DS that is different than the other ROTC (just some kid, not someone DS really knows to track down and have conversation).

I think I will need to find out from guidance to coordinate with other students, but what after?
 
Cyberguard, our DS got an email asking about the presentation, but the deadline for the official deal to arrange the presentation and certificate was April 20. Shall I PM you the contact info of the officer who contacted us?
 
That would be great. Thanks. I will only use after I have exhausted other avenues. I will ask DS to carefully check his email as he may have missed it. It will be a shame if too late.
 
I also informed the school and they contacted the AFROTC, but I don't know what the outcome was. We have not been contacted by the AFROTC directly though.
