Basic camp vs bct

Hello,

If one has a BA and goes
to basic camp with the intent of doing ROTC for grad school, but afterwards decides to not pursue grad school and apply for ocs instead, would they have to still attend BCT before OCS, or would basic camp suffice for that requirement?

One more question - if I wanted to go into the guard, do I have to do the 16 month OCS (if I go the OCS route) or can I do the 8 or 14 week?
