Hello ! I am excited but super nervous for my basic training at the USAFA prep school. My basic training starts 20th of July. I been doing long runs (5 miles) and lifting weights. I still feel nervous because I don't know what to expect. Is there any good advice i should know about the basic training? It's about three weeks long. Is there a test that we must pass to start academics? Any particular workouts I should be doing? Thank you!
