BCT Glasses/Sunglasses Clip On

Is a cadet wearing the military prescibed glasses during BCT allowed to purchase before hand "clip-on" to issued glasses to act like sunglasses? I referred to kit under optical and states sun glasses are allowed. Obiviously, if wear glasses, you need alternate such as clip on lenses. Anyone know answer to this?
 
I would not recommend bringing any sort of sunglasses to BCT with the intent to wear them. Standardization is the name of the game and sunglasses typically cannot be worn in formation without a doctor's note. In my personal experience, basics do not wear sunglasses during basic.
