BCT Photos of Basic Cadets with hands on their heads

I have seen many WebGuy photos over the last few days of Basic Cadets with their hands on top of their heads, palm down. Did someone forget to wear their cover and the whole squadron pays for it? I gots to know

I have seen many WebGuy photos over the last few days of Basic Cadets with their hands on top of their heads, palm down. Did someone forget to wear their cover and the whole squadron pays for it? I gots to know

Exactly right. Someone forgot their cover (red ball cap) and the entire flight (probably not the whole squad) gets the opportunity to use their hand for their cover. One Basic makes a mistake and their entire Flight feels the pain together.
