Beast Question

What are we issued during beast? (toothbrush? deodorant? socks for running, boots, low quarters? etc, etc!) And what is recommended for us to bring to beast? (possibly stuff they don't tell us?). Also, do we need a leatherman or lighter, or are just scissors fine?
